The Growth Company (GC) are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Justice Services team in Sheffield. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Our Personal Wellbeing service, ensuring accurate record keeping, effective communication and the smooth coordination of participant activity and out GC office.

Working closely with Key Workers, Probation Officers and external partners, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality administrative processes and supporting the successful delivery of services across the Personal Wellbeing service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the smooth running of the GC office, ensuring adequate office cover arrangements.
  • Manage participant appointments and support Key Workers with diary management.
  • Communicate effectively with Probation Officers, participants and partner organisations.
  • Record, maintain and update participant information across internal and external systems.
  • Handle referrals, enquiries and correspondence professionally and confidentially.
  • Raise purchase orders and support finance-related administrative processes.
  • Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets, deadlines and service requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, quality and security standards.

About You

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working towards targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach and commitment to continuous learning and development.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a funded or contracted environment.
  • Experience using booking, scheduling or case management systems.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information.
  • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An understanding of compliance, GDPR and data protection requirements.
