Area Planner

Your new role
The role is focused on planning operatives' diaries, scheduling responsive repairs, coordinating appointments, liaising with customers and operational teams, and ensuring KPIs are achieved. Candidates should be highly organised, customer-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
They are looking for a experienced planners/schedulers, ideally from a repairs, maintenance, housing or property services background.

The role is to start ASAP and is for 3 months.
You will be working monday to Friday 39 hours.
This role is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Customer service and planner experience.
