Salary: £42,839 - £49,282 / £50,269 dependant on qualifications and experience

Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday

This is a full-time role. We are committed to supporting work–life balance, and requests for flexible working, including job share, will be considered in line with the needs of the service. Given the requirement for continuity of support to service users, any flexible working arrangements would need to ensure consistency in case management.

Hours per week: 6 x 37

We’re excited to be recruiting Social Workers / Advanced Practitioners to join Barnsley Children’s Services. In Barnsley, children and families are at the heart of everything we do. This is a newly created team, bringing together practitioners with a variety of backgrounds to work in a responsive manner across all areas of children’s social care. Adding to our already strong and permanent workforce, this role will support short and medium term need in service, for example to cover a period of secondment.
