We're recruiting Care Assistants (drivers, full-time) to support people living in their own homes across Sheffield S12 & S20, helping them to live independently with dignity, choice and compassion.
You will be part of our dedicated home care team covering:
- S12: Birley, Frechville, Hackenthorpe

S20: Halfway, Mosborough, Westfield, Waterthorpe, Owlthorpe, Beighton, Sothall
You must have a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

We pay in Blocks (shifts) – from your first visit to your last (not pay per call).
- £13.30 per hour (drivers)

50p per mile mileage

Full-time contracted hours

Block pay: paid continuously across the shift, not per visit
Shift patterns:
- Early shift: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Late shift: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
You'll work a fixed 2-week rota, which will include:
- Alternate full weekends, or

Every Saturday, or

Every Sunday

Evenings agreed within your working hours
Essential: You must be available for early mornings, evenings and regular weekend working.

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes to:

- Helping with washing, dressing and personal care

Supporting with medication, meals and hydration

Whether you are new to care or returning after supporting someone close to you, we'll give you all the training you need to succeed. Your paid induction includes:
- 1 week classroom-based training (Mon–Fri)

2 days shadowing experienced colleagues
