• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development.
• Assisting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive learning environment.
• Helping to prepare classroom resources and activities.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, patient, and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
