About the Role
As Procurement Administrator, you will provide professional procurement and contract administration support across the College. You will play a key role in the delivery of procurement and tendering activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, procurement legislation and College policies.
The postholder will manage procurement administration processes, support tender and quotation exercises, maintain supplier and contract records, undertake procurement analysis and assist with contract management activities. The role will act as a key link between stakeholders, suppliers and the Procurement Team, providing guidance and support on procurement procedures and best practice.
Main Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for Procurement enquiries, resolving queries or escalating as appropriate.
- Review requisitions to ensure compliance with College Financial Regulations, procurement procedures and approved supplier arrangements prior to release.
- Support staff with sourcing activities, obtaining quotations and identifying suitable suppliers.
- Administer quotation and tender exercises, including preparing documentation, managing activities through the e-tendering system and maintaining procurement records.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary between £29,355 - £34,234 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
