Job Requirements/Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our friendly practice team at Creswell and Langwith Medical Centre. We are a friendly, supportive team consisting of 3 GPs, 2 ACPs, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate, and 2 Health Care Assistants who are supported by a network of Physios, Pharmacists, Care Coordinator, and Social Prescriber
The surgery serves approximately 5,549 patients in Creswell, Langwith, and the surrounding areas.
The practice is rated good by the CQC and performs well against QOF and the GP Patient Survey.

Provide a portfolio of general medical services, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
Opportunity to lead on key disease areas and contribute to the development of appropriate healthcare services for a diverse patient population.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing an equal proportion of the practice workload.
Maintain a flexible approach to working patterns to support service delivery during periods of staff absence, where required.
Support the training and development of medical students across all clinical disciplines.
Review and adhere to practice policies, procedures, and clinical protocols at all times.
Promote collaborative and positive working relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
Lead on agreed key areas, including specific QOF domains, quality standards, and practice improvement initiatives, in partnership with the Clinical Lead and/or Practice Manager.
Participate in the extended access service on a rotational basis, working Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

International medical graduates must be included on both the GMC Register and the GP Specialist Register to be eligible for this role.
