The company designs and builds high-quality machinery for clients across the UK and internationally, with a strong focus on precision and standards.Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and experienced TIG Welder with strong stainless steel fabrication skills to join a growing production team. The role involves fabricating machinery components to tight tolerances, predominantly using stainless steel.Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding to a high standard, working primarily with stainless steel
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication instructions
• Assemble and fabricate stainless steel components and frames
• Ensure all work meets quality and hygiene standards, particularly for food-grade machinery
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding, especially with stainless steel
• Ability to work from technical drawings with minimal supervision
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
