Business Change Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join our Automation and Digital Innovation Team. The team plays an important role in supporting our Future Sheffield Programme, delivering digital solutions that provide better experiences and outcomes for our citizens and workforce.

We are looking for candidates with strong business analysis skills and a passion for developing new ways of working through digital innovation.

As a Business Change Manager with specialist knowledge in automation and integration, you will:

• Have an understanding of automation technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with service stakeholders to define outcomes.
• Use specialised domain knowledge to document requirements in a variety of different formats.
• Work with Architects, Developers and other Digital Innovation colleagues to translate business requirements into detailed designs which can be documented, developed and tested.
• Work in an agile environment
• Be able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
