Skills & Qualifications:

• PGCE and QTS or any equivalents
• Degree-level qualification
• ExperiencedTeachers and ECT's Encouraged to apply
• Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
• Demonstrated innovation and creativity in engaging, enthusing, and progressing learners.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, design, and produce teaching materials and resources suitable for the age and ability of the students.
• Deliver lessons that facilitate progression in student's learning and are tailored to the age and ability of the students.
• Provide leadership for students within a caring and secure environment.
