They are now looking for a Deputy Care Home Manager who would like to take the next step up in their career. It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience in a residential care setting, with at least 1 year experience in a managerial position within the sector. You will also have a minimum of level 3 qualification in health and social care and an enhanced DBS check.

The Role:
Ensuring Statement of Purpose accurately reflects the ethos and aims of the home
Day to day running of the children's home and safety of young people using the services
Oversee and sign off staff rota in agreement with registered manager
Responsibility to fulfil all requirements under Children's Home Regulations 2015

The Person:
Level 3 - 5 in Health and Social Care
Minimum 2 years experience within a residential care home
At least 1 year experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting
Enhanced DBS check
