Registered Manager (Ofsted) - Children's Home

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 per annum

A well-established Residential Childcare Provider is currently seeking a Registered Manager to join their new home in Bradford (BD2) on a permanent basis. Are you interested?

They are looking for a Registered Manager to join their supportive and diverse team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and driving the home forward. You will benefit from a supportive network to help you succeed. You'll be joining a 2 to 3-EDB bed home, working alongside excellent staff members. The provider's current portfolio includes over 20 small properties, ensuring you will receive ample support as you join a company that is continually growing.

The provider offers a competitive salary of £07,000 per annum, along with a £6,000 car allowance, a generous annual leave package, a group pension, on-site parking, and many additional benefits.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience:

- At least 2 years of management experience within a Children's Home

- Experience in opening and registering new homes

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Working to Ofsted standards

- Managing the care team to ensure the best quality of care

- Providing on-call support as necessary

- Inducting new children into the home

- Assisting in recruitment and ensuring staff are fully trained
