As a Maintenance Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring equipment runs at peak performance and downtime is kept to a minimum. You'll lead a skilled team, develop and implement PPM strategies. Managing maintenance engineering teams Managing the budgets and cost controls Implement improvement plans delivering on KPIs The Successful Maintenance Manager Will Have:
