Your new company
Utilities company based in Bradford area is looking to recruit a temporary worker to join their busy customer service team.
Your new role
You will be taking inbound calls from customers, handling a range of queries around their account. You will be the first point of contact for customers and, as such, need to deliver exceptional customer service with each call. You will take notes from the call, logging onto the system and update records where necessary. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries on the call and escalating cases that need further investigation.
What you'll need to succeed

  • It is essential you have phone-based customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and clear, confident verbal communication are crucial.
  • Customer focused
  • Polite and personable manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • PC literate

£13.20 per hour plus holiday pay
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday-37.5 hours a week between 8am-5pm
