Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: Primary Schools in Bradford Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Temporary Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications

Are you a caring and committed individual with a passion for supporting children in a personalised and meaningful way? We are working with a range of primary schools in the Bradford area who are seeking 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work closely with pupils who require additional support in the classroom.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with one child, offering tailored support to help them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom. You'll work alongside the class teacher to implement strategies that meet the child's individual needs and encourage progress both academically and socially.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with primary-aged children for at least 20 days in the last two years.
• Be empathetic, adaptable, and confident in managing a range of needs.
• Be able to build trusting relationships and promote independence.
• Have good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure consistent support.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
