Location: Bradford (Hybrid working) Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: Up to £37.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Are you an experienced Children's Practitioner looking to make a real difference? Bradford Children and Families Trust are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join their team!

About the Role:

• Provide expert support and leadership in children's services
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and support families
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Lead on complex cases, ensuring best outcomes for children and young people

Work Environment:

• Hybrid working model - combining remote and in-office work
• Occasional in-office presence required for specific tasks or team days, as dictated by the service needs.
