Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be a vital part of our team. 

About You:

About the Role:

  • You’ll be one of the first points of contact for people seeking housing, home ownership, or care solutions. 
  • Build relationships with residents, customers, and external professionals. 
  • Help identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet diverse needs. 
  • Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Take a customer-centric approach, aiming for one-touch, first-time resolutions. 

Skills and Experience:

  • You are adaptable and able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people. 
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems. 
  • Plan and prioritise tasks efficiently, keeping your workload under control. 
  • You notice details others might miss, preventing issues before they escalate. 
  • You think ahead, anticipating questions and preparing solutions in advance. 
  • A team player, happy to share knowledge and support your colleagues. 
  • A focus on customers, showing care and understanding in every interaction.
