Financial Planner - Independent Firm Hybrid Yorkshire

Based in the Bradford office (with hybrid working available), this role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join at a pivotal stage. They are offering:

• Some existing clients- typical households have £400K-£450KFUM
• Full Paraplanning & Administrative support
• A strong leadership team with a clear vision for the future

The firm is seeking an adviser with at least 5 years of experience and a solid track record of delivering high-quality advice. While a client following would be ideal, they are open to advisers looking to transition their client base over time.

Earning Potential

• Up to £75K basic salary
• 40% on ALL new business
• 25% on recurring income (after a threshold of 3x basic salary)

Who We're Looking For

Chartered or Diploma-qualified Financial Planner

• Proven track record in financial planning (5+ years)
• Client-focused, ambitious, and proactive
• Entrepreneurial mindset- excited by growth and opportunity
