Recruitment Consultant

Due to an continual expansion of the business , our client is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team based off the M606 with free parking.

You'll be joining an established team to grow the plan across temporary and permanent recruitment solutions mainly within the Industrial and driving sector, amongst others.

You will run your own desk with full support in admin with n payroll responsibilities. Oncall is in your own control and will move to a rata as the team expand further. You will be provided with all materials and tools to earn well through the bonus structure. Basic salary on offer is £25-27k DOE. Hours of work can be 8-4:30 Mon-Fri or slightly longer Monday-Thursday to finish at lunchtime on Fridays.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience is essential - this is a must to progress to the interview stage.
• A strong track record in business development and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and employment legislation.
• Confident with pay/charge rates, competitive margins, ideally within Industrial and driving sectors.
