Aldine House Secure Children’s Home is seeking a passionate and experienced Training and Development Officer to join our dedicated team. Located in the South West of Sheffield, Aldine House provides care and education for up to ten young people (mixed gender, aged 10–18) who display significant emotional and behavioural needs, are awaiting trial, or have been sentenced by the courts. We are one of only 13 Secure Children’s Homes nationally, offering a critical first-line child protection and public protection service.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
