We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) with a background in continence care who's ready to step into a strategic role that blends clinical leadership with product innovation. This is your opportunity to influence care on a national scale, shape product development, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and commercial teams.
What You'll Be Doing
As Clinical Manager:
- Build and manage relationships with NHS stakeholders and private distributors.
- Champion our products by demonstrating their clinical value and impact.
- Lead evaluations and support contract acquisition through strategic planning.
- Drive implementation of new initiatives across multi-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to meet project goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and support.
- Work with the UK Commercial Manager to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.
As Product Lead:
- Act as the go-to clinical expert for our UK & Ireland teams.
- Deliver training and education on product use to staff and partners.
- Engage with professional bodies to expand our clinical network.
- Lead projects including product development and change management.
- Represent the UK in international product co-creation teams.
- Support marketing with clinical insights for brand messaging.
- Monitor competitor products and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with continence care experience.
- Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to change.
- Knowledge of NHS systems and B2B environments.
- Experience in tender processes and budget management.
- Confident in leading cross-functional teams and building relationships.
