Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing educator with a passion for early years learning? A large, inclusive primary school in BD4, Bradford is seeking a Reception Teacher to join their dedicated EYFS team. This role is ideal for supply teachers seeking a longer-term placement or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

About the Role:This is a wonderful opportunity to support children at the very beginning of their educational journey. The successful candidate will create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social development. Strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approach are key to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
• Be creative, patient, and able to build strong relationships with young learners.
• Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development.
• Demonstrate effective behaviour management strategies tailored to early years.
• Be committed to fostering a love of learning through play and exploration.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and ready to contribute to a dynamic school environment.
