Salary Range: Leadership Group (L1-L5), £49,781 - £54,939 FTE

Start Date: As soon as possible

A well-established secondary school in West Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead its Alternative Learning Provision. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioural and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, ensuring their educational experience is inclusive, supportive, and tailored to individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the school's Alternative Learning Provision
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support student progress
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and support strategies

Essential Requirements:

• A Degree and PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• SENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Strong communication skills
• Empathy and understanding of students' diverse needs
