SEN Teacher - Integrated Therapeutic Provision

About the Provision

We are a specialist integrated therapeutic setting supporting children and young people aged 6-18 with complex needs including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Our provision combines education, therapy, and care to create a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. You'll deliver a personalised curriculum that supports academic progress, emotional development, and life skills, helping pupils thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, care staff, and families.
• Track progress and contribute to multi-disciplinary reviews.
• Promote independence, empathy, and confidence in learners.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly SEMH, ASD, or ADHD.
• A nurturing, trauma-informed approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
