The Role - EYFS Teaching AssistantAs an EYFS Teaching Assistant working through Academics, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. Assist in the development of children's communication, language, and social skills. Provide support with personal care routines, including toileting, dressing, and hygiene, ensuring children's comfort and wellbeing. Help with observations and assessments to track children's progress. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that inspires curiosity and independence. Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to build strong foundations for each child's education.

About YouTo be considered for this EYFS Teaching Assistant position, you must have: Experience working with children in an Early Years setting. A caring, patient, and child-centred approach to supporting learning and personal care needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification) - desirable.
