Elevation recruitments design and projects division are looking for a dynamic Outsourcing/Sub-Contract Project Manager to oversee critical outsourcing initiatives, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery across all phases.

In this 9-month contract role, you'll be the bridge between internal teams and external partners, driving complex projects with precision and accountability. If you're skilled in vendor management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication-this opportunity is built for you.

• Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage outsourcing partners; negotiate contracts and nurture strong vendor relationships.

• Quality Oversight: Define standards, collaborate with QA teams, and lead audits to maintain delivery excellence.

• Budget Ownership: Create and manage budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and implement cost-saving strategies.

• Project Scheduling: Develop detailed project timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor vendor performance.

• Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate outsourcing-related risks to maintain control over quality, cost, and schedule.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate KPIs, project updates, and challenges to senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Desirable 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on outsourcing or vendor management

• Proven success managing projects within tight quality, cost, and schedule constraints

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, PMP preferred)

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail

• Experience in manufacturing or industries where outsourcing is business-critical

• Advanced risk management and data-driven vendor performance monitoring
