The company are a leading supplier of equipment to companies across the UK, with a team of engineers trained to fix any issues. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to add a service coordinator to their growing business.

In this role you will be responsible for speaking to customers over the telephone, identifying the equipment and coordinating engineer's schedules.

The Role:

• Service Coordinator
• Answer incoming customer service calls
• Identify problems
• Organise / schedule engineers diaries

The Person:

• Experience in technical support or coordination
• Happy speaking to customers over the phone
