We're seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of nationwide clinical pharmacy services across GP surgeries, federations, and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and oversee service reviews.
• Analyse performance data and drive service improvements.
• Support business growth and innovation in primary care services.

About you :

• Registered Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist or Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years' primary care experience.
• Registered with the GPhC or NMC (in good standing).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PCN DES, GMS, and APMS contracts.
