We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary schools in Bradford. This rewarding role involves supporting students with a range of special educational needs across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
- Assist teachers in adapting lesson plans and resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and SENCOs.
- Support students with personal care or mobility needs where required (training provided).
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential.
- Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship not provided).
