About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative SEN Teacher to join a vibrant primary special education setting that supports pupils with a wide range of complex needs. The provision offers a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to explore their potential through a personalised and engaging curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
• Support pupils with a range of needs including PMLD, ASD, and SEMH.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists and support staff.
• Use creative approaches such as music, sensory activities, and outdoor learning to enhance engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience working in a special school or SEN setting.
• A nurturing, child-centred approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
