SEN HLTA / Specialist Practitioner - Complex & High-Needs Settings

Location: Bradford

Type: Full-time / Multi-site roles

We're looking for a confident and qualified HLTA or specialist practitioner to work in high-needs environments, including SEMH provisions and trauma-informed schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group and 1:1 interventions
• Support pupils with EHCPs and complex behavioural needs
• Contribute to provision mapping and ILPs
• Work closely with multi-agency teams

Ideal For:

Candidates with Level 3+ qualifications, experience in SEMH or secure settings, and a strong understanding of safeguarding and SEND frameworks.
