Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker Location: Bradford and surrounding areas Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing Contract Type: Full-time (part-time considered), temporary with potential for long-term placements Salary: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you'll work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support students on a one-to-one or small group basis. Your role will involve promoting positive behaviour, managing challenging situations, and helping students engage with their learning in a safe, supportive environment.

? Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with young people in a school or youth/community setting
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• A calm, confident, and resilient approach
• The ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice or SEMH (desirable)
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
