About the Role
As a business Analyst, you'll play a key part inImproving customer experience by delivering insightful performance reportingAnd analysis. You'll work across a variety of functions, all within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.
You'll beResponsible for:

Creating and maintaining performance dashboards that drive decision-making.

Conducting Root cause analysis and making actionable performance recommendations.

Leading the preparation of end-of-year non-household regulatory reporting and Commentary.

Supporting External reporting to the Market Operator (MOSL) and other stakeholders.

Handling Large, complex datasets with confidence and accuracy-your work will be audited, so attention to detail is key.

Collaborating With a supportive team that values humour, inclusivity, and mutual Support.

Experienced In Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets).

Confident working with audited data and comfortable interpreting KPIs that Impact business performance.

Power BI experience

Able to communicate with all stakeholders.
