Are you ready to shape the next generation of education? We’re looking for an inspiring leader to head our Learning, Teaching & Innovation department.
As Head of Learning, Teaching & Innovation, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our mission to become an exceptional provider of technical, vocational, and academic education. This is your chance to influence how learning happens—through cutting-edge pedagogy, inclusive and trauma-informed practices, and evidence-based innovation that transforms outcomes for every learner.
You’ll champion the effective use of our Raise and Lead frameworks, while embedding sector-leading approaches in coaching, mentoring, research, and digital innovation. If you’re passionate about excellence and ready to lead a team that’s shaping the future of education, we want to hear from you.
