The role of a Rostering Co-Ordinator is to allocate care workers to customer visits by using effective rostering, ensuring continuity of care and taking into account locations, skills required and customer preferences.
Communicating with staff and answering any queries regarding rota's
Dealing with absences of staff
Answering the telephone and liaising with staff and service users
Data imputing
Out of hour's telephone on a rota basis
