Location: Bradford Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour (Umbrella) ? Working Style: Hybrid (mix of remote and office-based work)

Join Bradford Children and Families Trust as a Senior Social Worker in the Fostering Supervising Team 4. You will play a vital role in supporting and supervising foster carers to provide safe, nurturing environments for children and young people.

• Supervise and support foster carers to ensure children's welfare and development needs are met

• Conduct assessments, reviews, and visits in line with statutory requirements

• Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case files

• ? Attend office for specific tasks or team days as required by the service needs

• ? Embrace hybrid working-balance between remote work and in-person collaboration
