We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in UK education who is passionate about supporting students and helping them reach their full potential.

• Support students in and out of the classroom to enhance learning
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with additional needs
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver tailored support

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a UK classroom setting
• A caring and patient approach to working with young people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for education and student development
