Electrical Manager

As the Electrical Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all electrical work on-site, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards. This leadership role requires excellent technical expertise, team management, and the ability to work closely with general contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of electrical work for the assigned commercial project

• Oversee subcontractors, site supervisors, and in-house electricians

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and client specs

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and external vendors

• Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and support on-site decision-making

• Lead progress meetings and deliver regular status updates to leadership

Qualifications:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role

• Strong background in commercial projects (e.g., office buildings, retail, healthcare, schools)

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
