My client, a well-established freight forwarding company, delivering tailored logistics solutions across air, sea, and road. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Customs Coordinator to join their expert customs team.

The Role:

As a Customs Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth clearance of goods through UK customs. You will work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage customs declarations, ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, and keep shipments moving efficiently.

From You:

• Previous experience in customs clearance (freight forwarding or brokerage)
• Solid understanding of CDS, CHIEF, and HMRC regulations
• Familiarity with systems such as Destin8, CNS, ASM Sequoia, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
